The 62nd Super Sunday was all about Ownership and Intrapreneurship.
Many fundamental leadership concepts about excellently developing one’s career and building a strong society were discovered and internalised by the participants during the lively interactions.
Initially there were reactive sessions by the members from recently completed Youth batch and Level-1 batch. They shared their experiences associated with the mission and how they could rediscover themselves in personal, academic, and professional environments.
Chief Coordinator of the Mission, Sri Kuppa Vasudeva Sarma garu, congratulated everybody in the hall for joining Super Sunday in spite of VRO, VRA examinations and parties being held outside. Expressing his displeasure at the mad rush for above examinations, he opined that they were not competitive examinations at all since thousands of candidates are competing for each available job. Citing reasons behind such a development, he encouraged everyone to guide their near and dear in the right direction to overcome such situations in the future.
Emphasizing the importance of taking ownership of one’s personal life, professional life, family members, culture and environment; he called upon everybody to stand up for a greater cause to build and nurture the systems and people around them by being more responsible. He described how he learnt this principle of reaching out to others from his own personal experience in childhood. He called upon the employees in the mission to become intrapreneurs and support their managements and organisations from within by putting their best foot forward rather than getting into blame game or avoiding duties.
He urged mission members to join various professional clubs under “Sushroosha” initiative in
iFocus Mission, to be part of this sharing and caring for creating a win-win ecosystem.
Sri Jitta Surendar Reddy, film producer, politician and Chairman of Triveni High Schools later addressing the gathering congratulated the mission for providing the right path, direction to the youth and public at large.
Later Sri Vasudev, who runs Holy Mary Business School in Hyderabad, said that iFocus Mission is the need of the hour in the society. He observed that leaders are achieving greater success by feeling urgency in every situation and converting things into “must-do” conditions.
Sri Panchamukhi, who runs schools for the socially challenged, expressed his delight in witnessing the growth of the mission over the years and wished all the members a very great future.
Sri Maruthi Kiran, renowned inspirational speaker, recalling the words of the Chief Coordinator called upon the audience to learn from every situation in life and practice patience and decision making.
