iFocus Mission celebrated its 58th Super Sunday on 11th August 2013 at AV College Auditorium, Himayatnagar, Hyderabad. Essential secrets of success in career and lifestyle are revealed by prominent leaders from Industry, Academia and Government during the event. An innovative methodology to equip and bring back life to careers, called Sanjeevini was launched on the occasion.
Program began with buoyant reactive sessions by the Level -1 and B10 members. They shared their experiences at the mission and after joining the mission; they observed that the iFocus Mission is putting the youth on right track, just like parents taking care of the kids in the childhood.
Chief Coordinator of the mission, Sri Vasudeva Sarma garu greeted and congratulated every body in the hall. He welcomed the distinguished guests and called upon the members to give their full attention in understanding the quality and richness in the life of distinguished personalities at the meeting.
Sri Raghunathan V. is a renowned academician, researcher, writer, professor and a top notch executive in Multi-National Companies. Addressing the gathering, he expressed his delight in coming to iFocus Mission Super Sunday and talking to the energetic youngsters. He shared his experiences with the audience and underlined the importance of patience and perseverance to make it big in life by drawing an analogy between a marathon and a sprint.
He explained how “what one can conceive, one can achieve”. He further stated the importance to master communication skills in English to realize greater professional success.
Later Dr. Rallabandi Kavita Prasad, IAS and renowned Scholar of Telugu, Sanskrit Avadhanam enthralled the audience with his captivating communication. Referring to what Sri Raghunathan spoke earlier, he underlined that everything begins in the mind. He explained how Avadhana prakriya, knowledge of Telugu and Sanskrit literature helped him in developing photographic memory. He extensively quoted from Ramayana, Bhaagavatam and other Puranas to highlight the supremacy of knowledge, wisdom and learning. Hailing the iFocus Mission as a noble platform blessed by Gurus he congratulated the audience for being part of it.
Sri Jitta Surendar Reddy, film producer, politician and Chairman of Triveni High School later addressed the gathering. He expressed his excitement in being part of the function and admired the mission for making a positive impact on the society. He acknowledged that he could learn so much in the function and wished to be associated with the iFocus Mission in the future.
Towards the end of the meeting was announced the launch of ‘Sanjeevini’ initiative by iFocus Mission where the premiers and secretaries of the mission would personally provide career guidance, counselling and mentoring to younger members of the mission. Later, he summed up the days proceedings and profusely thanked everybody including the AV college administration for making the event a memorable moment. Meeting ended with exchange of pleasantries and fond recollections of the days’ happenings.
