Journey of ‘iFocus Mission’

The journey commenced in November 2005 with only one person, and slowly the number increased from one to many, such as dozens, hundreds, and thousands. Today people from around the world from various walks of life are part of the journey and cherish the experience of traveling into their core selves in the company of their soul mates.

Each person on board is unique, and distinct yet has similarities with others. The journey is voluntary, welcomes people to get onboard, and does not stop anyone from deboarding. It provides multiple opportunities and the right conditions to explore oneself and shine in chosen dimensions of life.

It offers no quick fixes or promises, and those who are ready to travel, are reaping the rich dividends of progress. The number runs into thousands, who stand testimony to the immense benefits of this journey. Persons from humble beginnings proved their presence in society by staying onboard.

This is the journey of iFocus Mission. Chief Coordinator of the Mission, Sri Vasudeva Sarma takes pride in calling himself as the First Person in this Journey. The pathway to the journey is laid by Sadguru Sri Sivananda Murthy Garu.  Sadguru personally initiated, and directed the journey and continues to inspire it all along. Sri Sarma has been an ardent disciple of Sadguru, for many years prior to the commencement of the iFocus Mission. He fondly recollects how Sadguru guided him to unlearn, learn, relearn, and renovate himself. The same approach of self-discovery is part of the iFocus Mission journey. iFocus Mission helps burst the factors hindering progress and drive members into an empowered lifestyle.

Various initiatives are undertaken, from time to time, to uniquely blend social empowerment through individual involvement. Mission Members volunteer to participate in events, road shows, and meetings like – Mythri Vaaradhi, Jaya Prada, Voter Focus, Student Focus, Traffic Focus, Go-Green Ganesha, Meet the Elite, Republic Day Celebrations,  Independence Day Celebrations, etc., among others.

Greater participation and involvement of the members allow them to increase knowledge, fine-tuning attitude, upgrading skills, set straight personal values, think correctly, and perform brightly in a righteous circle. Individuals are able to recognize their potential and put their best foot forward when they are part of the journey. Mentors, Experts, Friends, and  Well-wishers are available to recognize areas of individual strengths and weaknesses. Internships, Projects, Apprenticeships, Hand Holding Opportunities enabled the establishment of numerous careers and start-ups.

iFocus Mission celebrates excellence by announcing Awards for Achievements – viz. Utthhaana, Yuvahita, Sujanahita, Dheera Kisan, Dheera Family, Visista Karmachari, Visista Samstha, etc.,

iFocus Mission organizes a series of activities into four divisions – Sushroosha, Subhadrata, Suswatantra, and Sujanahita respectively meant for students, professionals, entrepreneurs, and philanthropists of the society. Workshops, Brainstorming Sessions, Personal Counselling, and Assessments are conducted to bring about desired values.

Individuals become lifetime members by joining various entry-level workshops and continuing to participate in advanced workshops to attain meaningful roles. Learning happens in a highly contemporary, lively, interactive manner connecting everyone in the process. Mission members stand by a pledge and declare their willingness to live up to the best traditions and practices.

Covid-19 facilitated iFocus Mission to grow exponentially by going online. Hundreds of batches are being held, enrolling thousands of members, even from abroad. iFocus Mission has emerged as the largest physically connected network with diverse age groups, consisting of Students, Professionals, Politicians, Ministers, Government Officials, Industrialists, Scholars, Educators, Film Personalities, Publishers, and so on.

iFocus Mission was privileged to get its own premises ‘Sujanaalaya’ inaugurated at Uppal Bhagayat, Hyderabad on 21st May 2022, when His Holiness Peetadhipathi of Kanchi Mutt Sri Sri Sri Vijayendra Saraswati Swamigal graced the premises and blessed the mission.

The iFocus Mission aims to accelerate its journey by inclusiveness to spread its ideals of Samardhata, Samagratha, and Bharateeyata. Prasaara, the Monthly e-Magazine aims to convey the message of ‘standing for each other’. It is released on the occasion of Mythri Vaaradhi, signifying friendship.
Welcome to the journey, and be a part of a righteous circle of friends, well-wishers, and empowered citizens.
