‘Super Sunday’ ~ 04th Jul, 2010

iFocus Mission members celebrated this Super Sunday at Andhra Mahila Sabha, Arts & Science College for Women. Distinguished people including Premiers and Brigadiers were a part of the celebration.

Mission Premiers and Brigadiers took turns to share their views. Chief Coordinator, Sri Vasudeva Sarma garu encouraged everybody to raise their own standards, conveyed importance of learning and introduced various guests to share their experiences. Cultural programs, songs, and speeches by eminent persons filled the hall with applause and appreciation.

Sri Mahesh garu, friend of Chief Coordinator, motivated the people through some of his experiences. Some highlights were:

  • Questioning without hesitation is better than Lack of Clarity and it improves your learning.
  • Progress your Self-esteem.
  • Determination leads towards Progress.
  • Opportunities don’t come, you need to build them.

The Indian Women Cricketer, Mithali Raj was part of the gathering as she knew about iFocus Mission from her relative, Sri Mahesh garu. She stands as an inspiration to most of the girls. Mithali addressed about ‘Women Empowerment’, it’s importance and expounded the women to transform into powerful sheroes. She encouraged the women in audience to get strengthened and attain immense success in every field.

The Super Sunday ended with valuable lessons and with many more cheers of delight. The event reflected the message of Togetherness and lot more with bright smiles.
