Moments of joy, thousands of smiles, lots of learning and a great celebration of friendship – all of this and much more descended on the eve of iFocus Mission Super Sunday held in GITAM, Visakhapatnam campus on 18th February 2018.
Out of outskirts
About Hundred and thirty (130) mission members and premiers from Hyderabad have exclusively travelled to Vizag to welcome the GITAM students on board to iFocus Mission life membership and join the Super Sunday.
Impact of collectiveness with smile and its energy
The festivities began early in the morning at RK beach with a rally by hundreds of iFocus Members accompanied by its Chief Coordinator Sri Vasudeva Sarma, Vijay Nirman Chairman Dr.Vijay Kumar, Mid Tech Chairman Sri Murali among others. Members displayed placards carrying messages with themes of Citizen Focus, Love Focus and Bharatheeyatha.
Diversity meeting at one centre
About four hundred (400) students of GITAM University studying B.Tech, B.Arch, and Bio Tech. attended the workshops conducted by iFocus Mission during the last two months. The responses of students who attended the workshops have been highly appreciated by the audience and the elite gathering alike.
The Beginning of Infinity
Sri Vasudeva Sarma garu later speaking on the occasion introduced the ideology of iFocus Mission and its initiatives. He said that successful initiation at GITAM is the beginning of beginning for iFocus Mission as it is the command given by Sadguru Sri Sivananda Murthy garu. He expressed his delight being in the Vizag city which has Bay of Bengal and Sturdy Mountains beautifully placed on the landscape indicating the opposites in nature. He has raised a new perception among the audience, particularly aimed at the students.
Evoke & Gratitude
Later, Vice Chancellor of GITAM University Prof. Venu Gopal thanked the initiative of iFocus Mission and recalled how people would develop a passion, contribution towards the society. He expressed his keenness to explore iFocus ideology which is bringing about a see-change in student mindset.
Sri Perala Bala Murali Krishna garu and Sri Ayyagari Prasanna Kumar garu appreciated the way in which iFocus Mission members are implementing Sadguru Sivananda Murthy garu’s vision.
