Senior Brigadiers shared their journeys first to **inspire aspiring Brigade members**, especially those who have completed their Prasthana and are ready for the next step. **Jathara Yatra Experience** At **11:30 AM**, all participants actively took part in the **Jathara Yatra**. Many participants experienced it for the first time and shared their heartfelt reflections.  **Welcoming Guruvu Garu** A warm welcome was organized by **Balavikas kids**, who presented a floral bouquet to Guruvu Garu. **Key Insights from Guruvu Garu** Guruvu Garu delivered an enlightening session covering: * The meaning and origin of **Bengaluru** * The greatness and spiritual significance of the place * Bengaluru as a representation of **Gratitude** * Introduction to **“One Minute Wonder” – Tri Sandhya Practice** * Explanation of **iFocus Commandment** This celebration was not just a regular event—it was an opportunity to reflect on our current state, our thinking patterns, and our way of living. Though we gather, connect, and communicate, it is essential to observe where we truly stand in terms of our direction, growth, and projection in life. Emphasizing the message, “It all begins with me… It all begins with you,” Guruvu Garu encouraged every individual to initiate transformation from within. **Bengaluru – The City of Gratitude** Guruvu Garu beautifully explained the origin of Bengaluru. It is said that Hoysala King Veera Ballala, while lost in a forest, was offered boiled beans by a poor woman. As a gesture of gratitude, he named the place “Benda Kaalu Ooru,” which gradually evolved into Bengaluru.
