AGENDA / CHRONOLOGY OF EVENTS

**The Farmer’s Journey – Understanding the Hands Behind Our Food **

The gathering began with a wholesome breakfast prepared using organically grown vegetables and grains, which led to an insightful conversation about the challenges faced by organic farmers. The gathering had the privilege of the presence of Mallikarjuna garu, our farmer Brigadier, who travelled over 120 kilometres to be part of the Sunday meet. His continued participation and willingness to share his experiences brought a valuable perspective to the conversation.

The interaction helped the members reflect on the effort, dedication, and challenges involved in bringing organically grown food from the farm to our tables. It was an opportunity not just to appreciate the food we receive, but also to understand the people and the journey behind it. The discussion highlighted the importance of listening to our farmers, learning from their experiences, and creating a stronger connection between those who grow our food and those who consume it.

As a beautiful outcome of the conversation, the Karnataka iFocus family collectively decided to dedicate one Suprabhata session every month to our farmers. These sessions will provide a platform to listen to their experiences, understand their journeys, and learn from their wisdom as part of My Learning Saptaswa.
The meet was further enriched by the enthusiastic participation of Super Stars and B26D Brigadiers.

The Spirit of the Day – Ownership, Togetherness & Growth
The gathering was further enriched by the enthusiastic participation of the Super Stars and B26D Brigadiers, whose presence added energy and warmth to the celebration.

After the breakfast, the gathering continued with an engaging discussion and a series of Power Responses from our B26D Brigadiers. They shared their personal transformation journeys, experiences, and the effectiveness of consciously practising the Saptashwa in their daily lives.

A Gesture of Nature's Goodness – G. Madhusudhana Rao garu
Adding a truly heartfelt touch to the gathering, G. Madhusudhana Rao garu, who has been passionately practising organic farming, brought along homemade drumstick pickle and generously shared it with every attendee. This simple yet thoughtful gesture beautifully reflected the spirit of giving that iFocus stands for – Offering First, Obtaining Next; Serving First, Deserving Next.
