1. How can I become a member of your mission?

By joining any one of the 11-day workshops, anybody can take life membership into the iFocus mission.

2. What is the eligibility criteria to seek admission into iFocus workshops like age, educational qualification etc?

There are no such criteria. Anybody above 9 years of age with keenness towards the mission objectives can join any one of the workshops according to their respective age group.

3. Where do I get to know about the next batch details?

The details are updated in the mission's website and the social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.

4. What is the admission procedure?

Interested participants can take admission by filling up the admission form along with passport size photograph and membership fees by visiting our premises in person.

5.People of which age groups can join the mission?

There are different workshops conducted for people of different age groups. Bala Vikas (9 to 12 years), Teen Vikas (13 to 19 years), Yuva Vikas (20 to 30 years) and Mano Vikas for professionals (31+ years.

6. What is the fee structure?

Membership fees is Rs.1/- (One Rupee) for the Yuva Vikas workshops. Fees is subjected to changes depending on the duration/topic/batch timing.

7. Is any reference or influence compulsory to be part of the mission?

Not compulsory, however preference would be given to those who come with a reference of a senior member.

8. Does iFocus Mission provide any residential provisions?

No.

9. Should the fee be paid in lump-sum or can it be paid on installment basis?

Fees should be paid as lump-sum only.

10.Are there any weekend batches?

No.

11.What are the timings of the workshop?

Workshops are held for 2 hours every day either early in the morning: 6.30 to 8.30 am or in the evening for two hours between 4 to 8.30 pm.

12. Can I discontinue in one batch and complete the next batch in case of unforeseen conditions?

It is not advisable. In case of special cases, the Mission may consider such facility.

13. Can we complete workshops in single day or in two-days schedule?

No.

14. Can iFocus Mission conduct workshops in colleges?

Yes, already workshops are conducted in some colleges as well.

15. What is the minimum number of participants for batch?

Minimum 25 per batch and maximum 40 members are required to ensure personalized attention.

16. Are there any distant learning courses or part time or online courses offered by iFocus Mission?

No.

17. What are the goals/objectives of iFocus Mission?

Passionate Careers, Positive Lifestyles to all its members; Celebrating Friendship (Mythree Bhajata) and Bharateeyata; Contributing towards the society at large.

18.What is the structure of the organisation?

19. Is the organisation a charity or a training organisation?

It is a mission to realize the objectives mentioned above. It is a unique association of like minded people to work towards constructive goals through mutual learning and support.

20. How do the finances of the mission work? Are there any sponsors for the organisation?

iFocus mission operates from the contributions of its mission members only.

21. Are there any political affiliations?

No.

22. Your website speaks about spiritual guidance of Sadhguru Sivananda Murthy garu. Does that mean that iFocus Mission is a religious organisation?

As mentioned above this is a Unique model encompassing all the constructive schools of thought and includes members from all cross sections of the society.

23. What is Lifestyle? How is it different from career?

Lifestyle is seen a way of life, one's attitude towards all aspects of life which are equally important. Career is one of the facets of lifestyle.

24. What is the concept of Samardhatha, Samagratha and Bharatheeyatha?  

Samardhata is competitiveness, excellence. Samagratha is unity in diversity, one for all - all for one approach. Bharateeyata is Indianness, cherishing the rich Indian culture and traditions.

25. Why do you talk about social responsibility and social empowerment?

The Mission believes that the individual is part of the society and should give back to the society according to one’s abilities - when everybody does the same - it leads to self-sufficiency.

26. How to reach the premises of iFocus Mission?

27. Can I take lectures at iFocus Mission?

No. To take class, one need to be a member, understand ifocus ideology, to take up projects & work on it for some time and to get trained.

28. Does iFocus Mission provide career guidance and job trails?

Members acknowledged having immensely benefited by connecting to their peers, seniors in respective domains.

29. What does "i" stand for in the mission's name?

Members describe it as "I - the individual self", "India", "Initiative", "Industry", "Immortality" etc to mention a few.

30. What are the awards presented by iFocus Mission? To whom and why are they given?

iFocus Mission gives awards to its mission members who achieved remarkable growth in their careers after joining the mission and also to those who dedicated themselves to the mission activities. The awards are called Personal Excellence and Dheera awards respectively.

31. Can iFocus Mission help in my personal life issues through counselling or guidance?.

Ans: Mission members can seek guidance/counseling from Chief Coordinator, other experts from respective domains

32. What improvement can I expect after completing my 11 days workshop?

Ans: Many members have benefited immensely during the 11 days workshop. Associating with I Focus Mission during and after the 11 days ensures learning from the Gurus and from the personal experiences of fellow members in the mission. Students can choose their suitable studies, career guidance. Working executives can seek career growth. The mission is like a compass showing right guidance and direction to those who seek. Many members have acknowledged that their association with ifocus mission helped in improving their presentation skills, public speaking, attitude fine tuning, interview skills, people management skills, self confidence, social consciousness, leadership qualities among others and they could achieve definite growth and well being in life.

33. What is the duration of the basic level workshop and does the membership continue to exist?

Members are initiated into the mission through the "11 day" workshop, and yes the membership is for life time.

34. Is any study material/notes is given in the workshop?

There is no specific study material for all batches; usually it is running notes in the class coupled with some handouts given to the participants during the workshops.

35. Are there any videos for sale?

Ans: No.

36. How are the presenters or teachers benefited?

Many teachers, lecturers and professors are part of the mission and are given the deserved respect for guiding the fellow members to respective goals. They are given special attention to help mould the next generation of students.

37. What is the role of members in iFocus Mission?

iFocus mission members are the strength of the mission and carry forward the mission objectives and social initiatives.

38. Are any certificates given to the participants after the workshops?

Yes. Life Certificate or "Life", as it is fondly called, to all members after the 11 day initial workshop.

39. What is meant by Super Sunday?

It is a grand get together of mission members, usually on the first Sunday of every month. Helps in strengthening the bonds and cherishing the ideas, company of one another.

40. Can any outsider take part in iFocus mission programmes as a volunteer?

Yes.
